My Philopsophy and Approach
My basic beliefs have been shaped by many factors including my Academic
coursework, specialized sports Nutrition, Personal Training, and various related
certifications.
My professional goals include developing a wide array of Personal Training
strategies, Educating clients on overall health and Nutrition and being effective
with all clients of age; using a nutrition product line to help educate my clients to
an holistic way of nutrition. I will provide outstanding professional accountability
and positive lifestyle coaching. I will use my natural strengths to inspire clients
and develop their own strength and accomplish all their weight loss goals. I will
use positivity in the learning process; and use my broad array of personal
experiences and skills to contribute to the community.
My Philosophy Approach
1. Educated consumers make better choices.
2. If you don't have your health, the rest of life is not much fun, and not thinking
about your health until there is a problem will reduce both the length and quality
of your life.
3. No one person or institution has confirmed the truth about health.
4. If you had powerful knowledge of how to care for your body you would act on
it.
5. A holistic wellness approach blends the skills of specialists such as
nutritionists, chiropractors, personal trainers, massages therapists, naturepath
and others, and involves learning certain fundamentals that unfortunately are not
widely taught.
6. Prevention is cheaper than treatment and catching a cold should be extremely
rare.
7. It is better to deal with the cause of illness rather than attempt to suppress the
symptoms.
8. The body has innate abilities to heal itself of virtually any malady and it is
prudent to empower these abilities rather than just suppress sickness through
drugs and surgery.
9. Because they are poisonous, prescription and non prescription drugs often
lead to more illness. Why do you think they all have side effects?
10. You are not incapable of being well, having ample energy, and maintaining
your ideal weight.
11. You need to treat the body as a whole; I believe there are six dimensions of
wellness. Physical, spiritual, mental/emotional, social, occupational(being able to
contribute to society), Environmental
